The AIC 2012 Organizing Committee is glad to announce that we have completed the process of author notification. If you have sent an abstract but haven’t been notified by e-mail, please contact us at service@aic2012.org.

We like to remind all authors to register, and to hand in the full paper before 30 June 2012.

All papers – presented in an oral session as well as posters – will be published in the conference proceedings. The full paper guidelines are available in the download area at www.aic2012.org

The AIC 2012 Organizing Committee reserves the right for final approval of all presentations at the AIC 2012 conference.

After registration, an authorization number will be assigned for conference participation. Please let us know if you need any support regarding visa application (www.aic2012.org/?cat=14), or if you encounter any problems with hotel reservation, or else.

We look forward to seeing you at AIC 2012 in September, in Taipei!

If you have sent an abstract but haven’t received any e-mail from us until the end of April, please contact us at service@aic2012.org for more information. Please also remember that the early bird-rate for registration will end on 30 June 2012.

Information on Abstracts Review Procedure

Dear Friends,

With the arrival of April, we have now entered the final phase of the abstracts review procedure, and hope to be able to inform all authors about the results of abstracts selection soon.

As we have to choose the 36 most convincing documents from a large pool of great research projects, this is quite a challenging task. Therefore, we hope for your understanding that we must decide to shift many good abstracts from oral to poster presentations, but we strive to make visible as many interesting research fields and topics as possible by setting up a wide exhibition area along with the conference program.
